Neymar Jr Partners With NFTSTAR To Release His Own NFT Collection
Brazilian football player Neymar Jr launched his collection of NFTs on Monday on the OpenSea.
NFTSTAR Singapore PTE. Ltd. has released a new line of special NFTs in conjunction with Brazilian professional player Neymar da Silva Santos Júnior through its NFT community and trading platform.
NFTSTAR will trade the collectibles allowed by NR SPORTS, a corporation specializing in image management solely responsible for Neymar Jr’s career.
In the press release, set out as a paid partnership, the player announces that the NFTs are inside a metaverse called Beastmode and suggests purchasing the NFT can entitle you to a meeting event with the star.
When acquired, NFT owners will be able to interact with exclusive Neymar Jr material, participate in holder-only exclusive meet-and-greets, win rare collector goods, and many other surprises.
Among the utilities provided to holders of NFTs is becoming eligible to create NFTs from other collections of the Beastmode metaverse and from other episodes of the Neymar collection, in addition to holders being able to win other special prizes.
As this newly released first-player set has an unlimited supply, the amounts traded on the secondary market are still small.
At the end of October last year, Neymar announced the partnership with NFT Star, but the project seems to have stalled. In the meantime, he had a big loss with the Bored Apes NFTs, and today they are in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
