David Gokhshtein: “Ripple Is Getting Some Good Support, I Might Buy More XRP Bags”
David Gokhshtein, a crypto influencer and the creator of Gokhshtein Media, recently tweeted that he is thinking about adding more XRP bags to his portfolio because he believes Ripple will win the SEC lawsuit.
“Brad expects an answer by Q1, 2023”
According to a tweet by Gokhshtein, Ripple is currently “receiving some good support” in its legal battle with the SEC regulator. In a recent interview, Ripple’s CEO Brad Garlinghouse said that the SEC action against the company, which was instituted in December 2020, will likely be settled in the first quarter of 2019.
Since federal courts “operate at their own pace and it’s very impossible to foresee,” Garlinghouse feels there is a potential it may take longer. A settlement with the SEC is conceivable, according to the chief executive, but the main prerequisite is that XRP be recognized as a nonsecurity.
Gokhshtein is contemplating purchasing “additional bags of XRP” in this regard.
“XRP army is toughest SOB in crypto industry”
In recent months, David Gokhshtein has been rather supportive of XRP. He tweeted three weeks ago to celebrate the XRP army, calling them “the toughest SOB in the entire business.”
The influencer went on to say that the XRP community had to have “patience and diamond hands” to weather the difficult times brought on by this protracted battle.
David Gokhshtein regrets delaying the purchase of SHIB
Apart from Bitcoin, of course, the influencer made it plain in a tweet he tweeted on Tuesday that XRP is not the only top 15 asset he supports. Gokhshtein stated that he should have invested heavily in SHIB but refrained from doing so since it was marketed as a “Dogecoin killer.”
Gokhshtein started tweeting favorably about Dogecoin much earlier, claiming that DOGE had attracted a lot of people to Bitcoin, despite his support for SHIB this year. He brought up the subject once more this year, adding SHIB and Floki Inu as two more canine tokens to DOGE.
