MetalCore Foundation has announced an official partnership with Polygon Studios, a team dedicated to supporting projects, developers, and the creative community of content in the Web3 space.
According to the partnership agreement, Metalcore will be implemented on environmentally friendly Polygon layer-2, fast pace (~2.1 seconds), affordable transaction costs (less than $0.01), and scalable. A typical transaction on Polygon produces ~0.20 grams of carbon dioxide (CO2). Polygon has also outlined a carbon-neutral plan for 2022 as part of its Green Manifesto commitment.
In March, MetalCore completed a $15 million private token and NFT sale, featuring significant players such as Delphi Digital, BITKRAFT, Sanctor Capital, Animoca Brands, Youbi Capital, Spartan Capital, Umbrella Network, and Bitscale, as well as several industry-leading guild games including YGG, YGG SEA, Merit Circle, Perion, Avocado, and BreederDAO.
MetalCore is a project taught by veteran game programmers Studio 369. This team has years of experience working at Activision, Disney, Lucas Films, Midway, or franchises like MechWarrior 2, Mortal Kombat, and Gears of War. The award-winning artist Hugo Stephan Martiniere is an excellent prize for science fiction work.
