Uruguay is a suitable site for The Sandbox’s second development office in South America, joining the current Argentina development team that is responsible for the Game Client and Game Maker. Uruguay has a strong educational system and numerous famous Fintech firms.
To expand The Sandbox Uruguay’s capabilities, the company hopes to use local Web3 expertise to grow the team to about 90 technical specialists in the coming days, bringing the total number of workers in Latin America to 150.
