NBA superstar Joel Embiid is the latest celebrity to appear as an endorser for Crypto.com in a new ad release.
The ad follows a jersey patch partnership inked between Crypto.com and NBA’s 76ers last September, which designated Crypto.com as the team’s official cryptocurrency sponsor.
“I am incredibly excited to collaborate with Crypto.com and align with their team, which values determination in the same way that I do. Together, we understand the power of inspiration and forging your own path, and I am looking forward to delivering that message on a global scale,” Embiid stated in the announcement release.
Betting Big on Sports Partnership
The “Fortune Favors the Brave” ad campaign initially appeared in Crypto.com’s first global campaign in October 2021, featuring Matt Damon. The second video of the campaign aired as a Super Bowl commercial in February 2022 starring Lebron James.
Crypto.com has seen tremendous momentum in the wake of its global marketing and sports partnership efforts such as the historic Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles, serving as the official title partner of the Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix, and becoming an official sponsor of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022.
