Leap Wallet, a non-custodial Terra Wallet, Closes its $3.2M Private Sale Led by Pantera Capital

Leap Wallet has gained $3.2M in its private round

Leap Wallet, a non-custodial wallet for the Terra ecosystem, announced the close of its $3.2M Private Sale led by CoinFund and Pantera Capital with participation from Arrington Capital, Accel, and Terraform Labs.

The project investor list also included Aayush Gupta, Richard Dai, SJ Park, Jeff Kuan, Stanford Liu, BigB (Smart Stake), Jonathan Caras, Yash Kanchan, Michael Chen, Christian Sullivan(Republic), Richard Yuen, Matt Batsinelas, Derek Yoo, Danxia Capital, Galen Law-Kun, Prabhakar Reddy (FalconX); Sriharsha Majety, Phani Kishan, Suhas Motwani & Paul Finney.

Founded in 2021 with an intention to build products that are accessible on the Terra blockchain, Leap also works as a browser extension that supports asset transfers, NFT trades, and DeFi applications across the Terra blockchain.

Austin Barack, Partner at CoinFund, said, “The Leap team is building a home for all of the tools that users need to transact on the Terra blockchain. The simple platform and wide array of offerings enhance user experience significantly. The sheer number of applications necessary to fully immerse oneself in the ecosystem can be daunting for new users – Leap Wallet is solving that issue.

Leap Wallet has integrated, partnered, and collaborated with the biggest names in Terra including Anchor, Mirror, Stader, and Astroport to expand Leap’s coverage across the Terra ecosystem.

At the present, they are launching their mobile app (iOS, Android), LEAP token rewards, adding more DeFi opportunities in-wallet and much more.
