UNXD will expand their luxury metaverse
UNXD has raised $4M in funding from a list of crypto-native investors to create the future of luxury and culture in the metaverse.
The project’s investors include:
- Major ecosystem players (Polygon Studios and Animoca Brands);
- Notable DAOs (RED DAO, Orange DAO, HanDAO) and venture groups (Andromeda Capital Advisors, Arcanum Capital, Bitscale Capital, Finality Capital Partners, Future\Perfect Ventures, Global Coin Ventures, Goodwater Capital, Hyperedge, Infinite Capital, Morningstar Ventures, Nalu Capital, Narcissus Ventures, and TLF Ventures); and
- A list of private investors and builders: Aniket Jindal (Biconomy), Barthazian, Cooper Turley (Coopahtroopa), Daniel Maegaard (Seedphrase), Eden Holdings, Gabby Dizon & Jeff Holmberg (Yield Guild Games), Gmoney, Hemba, Jaynti Kanani & Sandeep Nailwal (Polygon), Jeff “Jiho” Zirlin (Axie Infinity), Jordan Lazaro Gustave, Marc Weinstein (Mechanism Capital), Megan Kaspar (FirstLight), Punk 6529, Suzy Ryoo, Tom Yi, & more.
Each investor has served as a model, advisor, and proponent for their work and the industry at large. Animoca Brands is one of the most prolific metaverse investors and a model for brand building. The team at Polygon has shaped their view on scaling around the Ethereum ecosystem. RED DAO was first formed to bid on items from their debut NFT collection, Collezione Genesi (they acquired 3 pieces).
UNXD has already forged exclusive, long-term partnerships with major luxury brands: Dolce&Gabbana, Jacob & Co., and several others to be announced in the coming months.
These partnerships allow them to bring digital and physical production capabilities beyond the rosiest roadmaps of many web3 projects. From day one, they have been able to bring world-class design and experiences to their collectors through partnerships with brands that have been delivering for decades.
