Mexico’s Crypto Unicorn Become A Sponsor of Mexico’s National Soccer Team.
Bitso, Mexico largest crypto exchange, has become the first cryptocurrency sponsor of the Mexican National Football Team (Selección Mexicana de Ftbol).

The soccer squad, which has 98,700 followers on Twitter account, will collaborate with Bitso to provide crypto educational services in Mexico as well as design a collection of NFTs that will be delivered by the exchange. According to a spokesman for Bitso, the sponsorship value is not being disclosed.
Bitso CEO and co-founder Daniel Vogel said in a press release:
“Our soccer team constantly encourages us to dream about reaching new heights, so we could not ask for a better ally to promote access to technology and innovation throughout the region,”
This is Bitso’s newest professional sports relationship, following many of the agreements in recent months. The exchange just signed a three-year sponsorship agreement with Brazil’s So Paulo Futebol Clube. It also established a sponsorship agreement with Mexico’s Tigres soccer team in November.

In Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, and Colombia, Bitso has over 3.7 million users. According to the firm, the crypto unicorn is worth more than $2.2 billion.
The crypto exchange platform also has recently announced that the famous meme coin Shiba Inu (SHIB) is currently available for trading on its platform.
Compound (COMP), Axie Infinity (AXS), Chainlink (LINK), and other cryptocurrencies are now supported by Bitso.
