DeFiHorse has raised $ 5 million in capital from several overseas companies to produce a stunning superhorse project, both in terms of gameplay and graphics, based on blockchain technology.
DeFiHorse announced the completion of a $ 5 million private investment round on December 7th. The funding round was completed in less than a week with the participation of many well-known blockchain funds, including Exnetwork Money, Poolz Ventures, BullPerks, and Avocado Guild. DeFiHorse was previously supported by Coincu Ventures, one of Vietnam’s leading investment funds for key blockchain initiatives.
DeFiHorse is one of NFT’s Metaverse projects in Vietnam, which, valued at US $ 5 million, has received the most funding from a private round to date. According to the project spokesman, the additional funds will be used to further develop DeFiHorse with the long-term goal of becoming a Vietnamese-based tech unicorn and bringing promising blockchain technology closer.
“We intend to introduce the world to a high-end NFT supermodel where anyone can own at least one NFT horse and pony farm. Players can take pride in owning NFT horses and farms, just like real horse owner elites, ”said Mai Truong Giang, CEO of DeFiHorse.

DeFiHorse is set in the year 2099. The horses are equipped with advanced technology such as quantum technology, genetic engineering, artificial intelligence and space travel. DeFiHorse’s four different horse breeds are inspired by the mythology of the Greek gods:
- The Chaos: The rarest horse breed in the game created by the massive explosion.
- Titan: A horse with a well-trained body made of coal and fire.
- Poseidon: god of the seas with endless oceanic powers.
- The Heroic: The metaphorical god of earth and nature.
The shape of the horse is one of the most notable aspects of DeFiHorse. The NFT horse is depicted in 3D, both mythical and realistic. The horse prototype in the replica is modeled on the Arabian horse, has the best shape in the world and can run at lightning speed.
Giang confirmed that all unique creations in the DeFiHorse range are the work of young, talented Vietnamese. The game’s extensive customization options also allow players to let their imaginations run wild. Due to the nature of the NFT, each horse in the game is a different character and has different powers.
DeFiHorse focuses on races where users can manage their horses and compete for special rewards. To make the racing experience even more intense, DeFiHorse added a “Tap to Earn” feature that allows users to actually interact with their horse to make it faster compared to other competitors. The race results help the players to earn various prizes, increase the value of the horses and thus create economic value.
According to the roadmap, DeFiHorse will publish the first demo online in 2022, then integrate iOS and Android operating systems, AR technology and organize global tournaments with prize money of up to 1 million US dollars.
