It will function as a venture fund and be acquired through a special corporation. Mining hardware, then renting it out. The fund, which will be registered with a professional custodian in March, will be available to eligible investors with a minimum investment of 300,000 rubles (about $4,500).

Finam CEO Vladislav Kochetkov stated that the business plans to raise 500 million rubles (about $6.6 million) before merging with the leasing company. A portion of the proceeds will be utilized to acquire mining equipment, while the remainder will be used to pay for energy and maintenance.
