You can buy the cryptocurrencies that make up this index but not the index itself. The Auto-Invest Index-Linked Plan provided by Binance provides a practical method.
You can purchase up to 10 assets in each recurring cycle with the Portfolio Plan and the Index-Linked Plan, but the Index-Linked Plan goes one step further. Your cryptocurrency holdings will be rebalanced to reflect the index once per month.
The value of each asset may change significantly over time because the crypto market is always shifting. The system will automatically buy and sell a fraction of each cryptocurrency holding as part of routine rebalancing to equalize the weights of all your assets with the index.
Auto-Invest allows you to automate crypto investment and earn passive income. It is a dollar-cost averaging (DCA) investment strategy. You can choose the cryptocurrency you want to purchase on a regular basis. Your purchased crypto will be automatically deposited into your Flexible account, so you can earn passive income with your investments.
Auto-Invest is similar to Recurring Buy. They both allow you to automate crypto purchases regularly. However, Auto-Invest will automatically deposit your purchased crypto like Bitcoin and Ethereum into your Flexible account, so you can earn passive income easily. Apart from that, Auto-Invest supports buying crypto with stablecoins (USDT, BUSD), while Recurring Buy supports fiat with Credit/Debit Card payments.
You can choose to create a Portfolio Auto-Invest Plan to buy multiple cryptocurrencies in one portfolio or create an Auto-Invest Plan for a single cryptocurrency.
