Ethereum cross-chain bridge Across Protocol announced it had closed a $10 million funding round at a $200 million valuation, with participation from Hack VC, Placeholder, and Blockchain Capital.

Through the sale of Success Tokens, money was raised. 50 million Across Success tokens were bought by the investors from Risk Labs, the organization that runs the Across Protocol. Success tokens comprise a base token with a call option.

The money raised will go toward building the cross-chain bridge to connect more locations, improve capital efficiency even more, and broaden the permissionless relayer network.

On June 30, 2025, each Success Token reaches maturity and pays out 1 ACX and the amount of 1 call option on ACX. Earlier, Across Protocol declared that ACX would go live on November 28.
