Ark Invest Acquired 315,259 Shares Of GBTC

Ark’s most recent transaction disclosure shows that on Monday it acquired 315,259 shares of GBTC. The asset manager purchased the shares for over $2.8 million, and they were added to the Ark Next Generation Internet ETF. Since July 2021, Ark Invest has not purchased any GBTC.

GBTC is now trading at a 39.8% discount to NAV.

The exchange-traded funds (ETF) of Ark Investment Management bought 237,675 shares of Coinbase last week as the stock fell due to the failure of rival FTX.
