Principal Counsel – Disney Hire Expert For NFT and DeFi Plans
Disney has posted the new job description on LinkedIn to seek one Principal Counsel who will be in charge of “the next generation storytelling” compliance for ambitious plans.
This transaction lawyer vacancy is to support the leading media Disney to explore the technology opportunities, that includes NFTS and DeFi plans.
Key responsibilities of this job are:
- “Partner with business teams as they plan new global emerging technology projects”, especially in Metaverse and DeFi.
- Assist in performing due diligence for NFT, blockchain, third-party marketplace, and cloud provider projects, and negotiating and drafting complex agreements for those projects
In this position, the Principal Counsel will review all issues that relate to M&A deals and perform legal advice for global NFT products around the world.
According to Disney CEO Bob Chapel, this company is on the way to exploring the exploring world of NFTs and rolling out the ambitious plans in Metaverse.
In June, Disney also hired Mark Bozon – an Apple executive to be the VP of Next Generation Storytelling for Disney.
