Kraken, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has increased its service for Cardano and XRP users. The crypto exchange recently announced the addition of additional assets BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, XRP, ADA, and DOT to the proof of asset audit in a blog post.
According to a recent audit conducted by global accounting firm Armanino LLP, Kraken safely kept all of the aforementioned assets belonging to clients on its exchange and those stored in Kraken’s industry-leading on-chain and off-chain staking facilities. The proof of asset audit for Cardano also covered its staking platform.
Cardano just reached another significant milestone in its Vasil testing. The much-anticipated Vasil hard fork remains one of Cardano’s most significant improvements. Vasil aims to make extensive enhancements to Cardano and its Plutus smart contracts.
Following milestone successes in the country, the Cwallet CEO recognized Ripple as a prominent contributor in a recent interview. Ripple partner QNB made history by launching a direct remittance service for money transfers from Qatar to the Philippines. This makes it Qatar’s first bank to provide the service.
To provide this service, QNB will connect with China Bank, one of the leading private universal banks in the Philippines, using Ripple’s financial technology, “RippleNet.”
