Paris Saint-Germain Is Selling NFT Tickets For Japan Tour
Paris Saint-Germain, France’s Ligue 1 champion, is selling Non-Fungible Token (NFT) tickets for upcoming matches on their Japan tour.
It is selling three premium NFT tickets for each of the three games. Each NFT ticket is worth 30 million yen, or $218,817, and will be available for purchase on the special website until Wednesday, July 13.
The NFT ticket will grant buyers entrance to the stadium’s VIP lounge and VIP party, where they will be able to take photos with PSG players.
Later on, however, other NFT tickets will be available for purchase, including Gold VVIP tickets for 1 million yen and Platinum VVIP tickets for 10 million yen.
Not only that, but Paris Saint-Germain prepared for the sale of NFT Commemorative Merchandising NFTs for the Japan 2022 tour, a first since 1995 (27 years ago).
By purchasing new NFT tickets, users can win the chance to meet live and have their pictures taken with their idols.
In fact, joining the Japan tour and NFT ticket formula are Paris Saint-Germain stars such as Lionel Messi, Neymar Júnior, and Kylian Mbappé.
Speaking of the iconic Leo Messi, following his transfer from Barcelona FC to PSG last year, it was revealed that Paris Saint-Germain had compensated Messi in cryptocurrency, particularly PSG fan tokens.
The corporation had made it known that it had included a large number of PSG fan tokens, which were supplied by Socios, in Leo Messi’s welcome package.
